The “unwritten” Constitution: reflections on the Italian experience

چکیده
The aim of the paper is to look at Italy’s invisible Constitution identify drivers informal transformations and create a snapshot Italian case in order make comparative contribution debate. I argue that, addition traditional forces constitutional change – namely conventions, role judiciary interpreting constitution relevant institutional actors must be seen light specific history Italy, especially two fundamental “moments” this history: political context which was drafted 1947 participation EU integration process. Only by looking broader these historical evolutions can we understand key features “Italy’s unwritten Constitution”.
